Ms. Perrochet is a partner with Horvitz & Levy, the nation's largest appellate law firm. She is a Certified Appellate Specialist who has been practicing at Horvitz & Levy for over 20 years. In addition to her frequent representation of business interests in toxic tort and product liability cases, Ms. Perrochet’s practice areas include challenging punitive damages awards, defending against class actions and claims under unfair competition statutes and other consumer laws, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, and cases concerning professional ethics and professional liability.
On top of handling numerous appeals and writ proceedings (her name appears on over 70 published opinions and dozens of unpublished opinions), Ms. Perrochet advises clients on litigation strategy and developing legal issues before and during trial to ensure that cases are in the best possible position for any appeal. She is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Appellate Courts Committee and is a board member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
